A BILL to amend and reenact section one, article four, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to authorizing the division of culture and history to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the cultural facilities and capital resources grant program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section one, article four, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 4. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE ARTS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-4-1. Division of culture and history.
(a) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the sixteenth twenty-sixth day of June July, two thousand two, authorized under the authority of section three four, article one, chapter twenty-nine of this code, modified by the division of culture and history to meet the objections of the legislative rule- making review committee and refiled in the state register on the twenty-eighth fifth day of August December, two thousand two, relating to the division of culture and history (cultural facilities and capital resources grant program, 82 CSR 7), is authorized.
(b) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the thirtieth day of August, two thousand, authorized under the authority of section six, article one, chapter twenty-nine of this code, modified by the division of culture and history to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the state register on the twenty-sixth day of October, two thousand, relating to the division of culture and history (records preservation grant program for political subdivisions, 82 CSR 8), is authorized.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of Culture and History to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Cultural Facilities and Capital Resources Grant Program.
